DIO, MC, Dhenkanal has intimated that e-Abhijoga website has been configured to cater the need of Block Development Officers for online entry of grievance petitions received at block level and regular monitoring of status of grievance petitions. Executive Engineer, RWD Kamakhyanagar reported that villages for new connectivity & up gradation are considered basing on the 2001 population census and as per CNCPL list prepared earlier. Whenever any proposal is going to be finalized the Chief Engineer at State level finalises the the total length of road to be taken up either under PMGSY or ADB assisted PMGSY for each Div ision.and chronologically from higher orders the habitations are being selected. In Kamakhyanagar Division all eligible villages are selected basing on higher density population on descending order. Executive Engineer , RD, Dhenkanal has pointed out that a submersible bridge over Sapua nallah has been constructed on Brundabanpur to Govindaprasad PMGSY road during the year 2006-07 and there is no missing link between Rathapada to Govindaprasad village road. Regarding Bridge near Podapada, E.E. pointed out that a canal bridge has been constructed by Irrigation Deptt on N.H.42 to Ratnaprava PMGSY Road. Tender is under process to take up N.H. 42 to Ratnaprava P.S road under PMGSY. There is no other missing link in the above mentioned road. 3.In kamakhyanagar Division proposal has been submitted to Collector to send the proposal to Govt. for 3 nos. of brdges namely1) Brdge over Pichuli nallah on Kantol to Bahadapal Road ,2) Bridge over Urbegi nallah on PWD road to Kandhara Road and 3) Bridge over Doila nallah on Kandhara to Kalbudhia Road

Under MGNREGS, labour payments have been made through the E-FMS by generating FTO. As such the instances of delay payments have been less, except some technical problems during processing of FTOs. Out of 199 G.Ps of this district planned fa, BNRGSK, till date 143 nos.. of BNRGF:-,i, buildings have been completed. BDO Odapada intimated that in-spitc several meetings with the villagers &

bridge near Rameswarpur, Dhenkanal Town

Executive Engineer, R&B intimated that the compensation amount of Rs 51,90,585, Rs 1,84,08,716 and Rs 4,28,58,377 for acquisition of private land in village Simulia(ac.1.12), Sanasathiabatia (Ac 0.675) and Dhenkanal Town (Ac 0.767) respectively have already been paid which also include the additional amount demanded by LAO, Dhenkanal. The LAO has delivered possession of acquired land on 07.06.2013 to the E.E,(R&B), Dhenkanal on 07.06.13. Public notice has been given for vacation of land by 31.07.13 otherwise eviction will be done. The approach road work of ROB, Simulia can be taken up only after taking possession of private land.

7 RGGVY- it is alleged that in village Sendhasar of Maruabil GP and Butbuti of Barn G.P. of Kankadahad block even if electrification has not been done in the villages, signatures of villagers have been taken in support of electrification work. Addl. GM, NTPC to enquiry in to the matter.

AGM, NTPC has reported that he had visited the two villages Sendhasar & Butbuti on 30.07.2013. In village Sendhasara, Bali sahi, Sadhumunda Tala sahi and Sadhumunda Upara sahi were electrified under RGGVY scheme and all the BPL households are electrified and villagers are availing electricity. Dehuri sahi of village Sendhasara ha s been electrified under BGJY Scheme. In Butbuti all the 13 BPL households are electrified under RGGVY and the villagers are availing the electricity.

2. JE , RWSS to give a report on technical requirement of motor in village Ostapal of Odapada block.

The Target for sinking of spot sources for the year 2012-13 was 100 Nos. (School-144, AWC-58 & Habitation-798 initially. But according to the revised target & allotment 867 nos. of spot sources completed during the financial year 2012-13.( School-75 Nos., AWC-30 nos. & habitation-762 nos.)

E.E, RWSS intimated that the J.E has visited the site and reported that the water supply of that village does not belong to RWSS. The water supply of that village is done by the villagers with financial help from other funding a.enc .
