Introduction
• Spatial planning is one of the spatial data themes listed inAnnex III to the INSPIRE Directive. It should be adaptedthe Polish implementing legislation by the end of May 2019.
• The implementation will be difficult due to the lack ofstandardization for performing planning studies and thecomplication of the Polish spatial planning system.
• The infrastructure enabling unified transformation of spatialplanning documents into formats required by the INSPIPREDirective should be created in Poland from scratch, so itseems advisable to claim that spatial planning should beconnected to a database cadastre’s database.
