Poultry Ducks

The "One" is a fully electronic automatic injection machinedesigned for the purpose of administering vaccines , medicines andall types of injectable liquids to day-old poultry chicks.

The injection is for subcutaneous application in the area of theneck. The Equipment accepts any type of vaccine (Water / oilbased) as well as vitamins and antibiotics. The quantity ofInjectable dosages can be varied ranging from 0.1 ml, 0.2 ml, 0.25ml, 0.3 ml up to 0.5 ml by way of changing the required spacers.

The "One" can be operated by a single operator to vaccinate 3000to 5000 chicks per hour.

The One is designed in a wayconsidering the biosecurity practices.The curved body slopes help Inremoving all dirt and dust andencourages biosecurity withsimplicity.

The Designers of The One have taken care thatone should be able to handle all types ofliquids. Hence the micro dosage setting whichhelps in micro level accuracy over long termuse of equipment.
