Conductors
All metals are good conductors, which is why we use them to cook in. Due to the fast transfer of heat.
Supposing one end of the conductor is heated the atoms in that particular object will start to vibrate due to the heat, therefore causing the heat to spread to the other side of the object. Resulting in conduction.
Bad Conductors
Bad conductors are which don’t let heat easily pass through them. Here are some examples of bad conductors
