Dietary Requirements
Complimentary tea, coffee and other refreshments will be available on arrival, during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, at lunch, (no lunch on Sunday 8th December) and at the Gala Dinner. If you have any special dietary requirements, please email us at [email protected] by Friday 15th November so we can prepare accordingly.
Dress Code
During the day the dress code for the event will be business attire, while for the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony, the dress code will be evening attire.
London will be in the midst of its winter months, so we do advise for you to pack warm items of clothing. You might also want to bring your gloves, scarves and hats, and don’t forget an umbrella.
Accommodation
The conference on 9th & 10th December will be held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre (QEII) in Westminster. There are many hotels to suit any budget within walking distance of the venue. Please visit our website and use the interactive map to find your accommodation and best available rates. Please note that London’s hotels typically receive high demand throughout this period. We therefore encourage you to book early to secure your room at more favourable rates.

The nearest underground station is South Kensington station which is served by the Piccadilly, District and Circle lines.
On arrival at South Kensington underground station, turn right after passing through the exit barriers and descend into the tunnel walkway. Follow the tunnel all the way to the end and take the steps up to the road. Turn left out of the tunnel and walk down Exhibition Road. Imperial College Business School is on your left-hand side.

There is limited parking available at Imperial College Business School. If you require a parking space, please email [email protected] with your vehicle registration number so we can book accordingly. We will need this info by no later than Friday 22nd November 2019.
