Support includes attended, unattended, audio conferencing “on demand” and operator dial out services.

• Attended calls: prior to entering the meeting, callers are greeted by an operator and placed into the call• Unattended calls: callers dial into a reserved audio bridge and input a meeting access code to join• On Demand: callers can initiate an audio conference at any time without the need to make a reservation• Operator Dial Out: operators will dial out to audio participants and connect them into the meeting
