• For an example, Hillary Clinton have a more positive value in manner compare than Trump that was described as out spoken and racist person. However, she not be choose because of some view that perceived her lack of charisma compare than a Trump.

• To cope with the conflict problem, there were so important to apply the negotiation method.

• The best approach to negotiate with this conflict is avoiding approach. They should avoid when the situation is in a hot or temper by saying the negative.
