That’s an exciting time! But we also know it can be a challenge, especially getting it right whilst you’re juggling your day jobs and working to a budget.

We’ve been shooting weddings of all shapes and sizes since 2007. You name it, it’s probably happened and we’ve been there to document, celebrate and support.

Because we only shoot a limited number of weddings in a year all of our couples

mean a great deal to us, and we work hard before, during and after the wedding to make sure you’ve had the best day - and photos to prove it.

We are most at home working on relaxed and informal weddings and we love working with couples who are keen to make their day

fun, laid-back, and not afraid to do things their own way.

a reduced rate for weddings taking place between 1st Nov 2019 - 14th Feb 2020 and

For couples requiring longer day coverage or for those requiring us to stay away from home the night before your wedding, our Full Day price applies. No

discounts or additional hours are available if you choose not to have Morning Preps.

For us, the wedding day itself is only half the story. We’re there for you from the very early stages of wedding planning, right through to your back-to-work blues

It’s really important to us we make sure we have time to get to know our couples so they’re not just another name in the diary.

Before the day we’ll help put together a brilliant “Plan A” to make sure you’re set to have a relaxed, fun-filled wedding. But we’ll also let you know in advance if there are any easy tweaks that’ll help you achieve better, more effortless photos on the day.

We’ll meet up with you ahead of your wedding to scout out your venues so on the day we can head straight to the most photogenic spots. If you want

them we’ll also help you with any group photos you might like, with tips and tricks to make them as painless as possible and allowing you lots more time to enjoy your own party.

At the end of your Wedding Prep we give everyone the chance to have a pre-wedding shoot. This gives you time to practice being around the camera and learn to relax, enjoy and have fun as you have your photograph taken. As a bonus you are welcome to have these photos in your final package.

We use this time iron out any awkwardness so on the day you can concentrate on having a good time and we can work quickly and effortlessly to get natural looking photos.

Similarly, we start all of our days off at Morning Preparations to give you and your close Bridal Party warm up time to get to know us and feel comfortable with having us around before the ceremony begins. We’ll try our best to be on first name times with everyone that’s close to you. This is the best way we’ve found to avoid nervous and awkward smiles to the camera.

During the day we prefer to take a little step back and let things happen for the most part. However, if we need to, we will do our best to help with any unexpected changes or tweaks. We always aim to be part of “your team”. As a bonus, we’re also a dab hand with a crochet hook, reminding you when to take your flowers out of water or helping you get through those last minute jitters. There’s almost nothing we’ve not seen before!

Your FINAL PACKAGE

All of our photos are presented on a natural memory stick for personal, non-commercial use

The USB will include all the final shots from your wedding. The number of shots can vary but averages around 300-400 for Full Days.

All of the JPEG files passed over are lovingly post-processed so they look their absolute best.

On your USB we’ll provide you with unwatermarked high-resolution images (300dpi) suitable for print. We’ll also hand over a folder full of the same

photos resized and prepped for you to share online.

You are welcome to share your images with your family and friends for personal use. Our online galleries make it a breeze to order prints and look through photos.

Want some photos in a completely different location to your wedding

venue? This is an opportunity to celebrate your engagement with some

romantic, fun and creative photos in a place that means something special

to you. Previous couples who have felt really nervous about being in front of

the camera have also used this is an opportunity to have to time to feel more

comfortable being photographed.

It’s not always possible to have an extended Couple Shoot on our wedding day, especially

in the Autumn and Winter months when days are shorter. With a decidicated “Rock the Frock” shoot we will have plenty more time to explore different locations for up to 4 hours. This is perfect if you weren’t able to travel to a favourite location from your

wedding venue on the day.

You can book us for a Post-Wedding Shoot even if we didn’t shoot

your wedding.

OTHER THINGSwe can do for you

HOW MUCH IS THE BOOKING FEE AND WHEN IS THE FINAL TOTAL DUE?Our booking fee is £300 and this goes towards the final payment of your day. The final amount is due one calendar month before your wedding, although you can make instalment payments whenever you like before this.

HOW LONG IS IT BEFORE WE GET TO SEE OUR PHOTOS?We aim to get your full gallery online no later than 8 weeks after your wedding, although we will send you Highlights images before this as which you are welcome to share and print.

WE DON’T NEED BRIDAL PREP PHOTOS/EVENING PHOTOS/ TWO PHOTOGRAPHER. DO WE GET A DISCOUNT? CAN WE SWAP COVERAGE?Our packages are tried and tested for over a decade and our approach helps us to achieve relaxed and natural results for you. There’s no discount if you choose not to have everything offered. It’s actually much harder work for us if you choose not to have a Wedding Prep Shoot or Morning Preps for example. Getting you and your

close friends and family used to having us around with our cameras is really important to us, and we love to have time to chat and get to know everyone on the morning of the wedding.

DO YOU DO GROUP PHOTOS?We like to take a relaxed approach to our photography but if you want group shots of your family and friends this usually takes place just after the ceremony or soon after. We advise you to keep this to no more than half and hour so you can enjoy your reception and recommend a maximum of 10 group shots. We have a nifty template for you to use.

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?Yes. Please feel free to get in touch if your venue requires a certificate copy.

DO YOU SHOOT OUTSIDE OF DORSET/ HAMPSHIRE?Yes. For shoots further than 25 miles from Poole, Dorset we may charge mileage or extra accommodation. We’ll provide you with a quote before booking so this is clear. For weddings in the UK we tend to travel up to a max

of 2.5 hours but please feel free to double check if you would like us to travel further. We are experienced in shooting weddings abroad. For these occasions you will only need to pay the extra cost of our travel. We cover our own accommodation.

WE DON’T NEED TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS. CAN WE HAVE JUST ONE?We have always worked together on all weddings, large and small, and work hard to blend into even the smallest groups. We feel having two photographers is a huge advantage and can be much more discreet. We can capture two different views without moving around and causing a distraction during a ceremony, for example. We also can cover morning preps separately so we’re not shooting off or having to create fake exits.

DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU?For the most part, no thank you. We prefer to bring our own food where possible. The only exception to this may be if we are working abroad or have stayed away from home the night before. We are partial to a cheeky bit of cake or though to keep our energy levels up. We will be eyeing up your sweetie station!
