Simple Schedule Requirements

Page 8: CONNECT 13 - Archiving and Scheduling

Simple Schedule Requirements

• Examples “Voice Port Not Equal to 0” indicates a match for all (non-zero) extensions, i.e. all calls“Agent ID Starts with 4” will match all calls by agent who are logged in and whose logins begin with 4

Page 9: CONNECT 13 - Archiving and Scheduling

Advanced Schedule Requirements

• Advanced scheduling rules may be created by use of the Expression setting for the Comparison

• Expressions may be used with particularly complex recording requirements and/or more than five criteria to check of a call are needed

• Schedule expressions provide a free-form way to structure comparisons and allow for more types of values to be checked

Advanced Schedule Requirements

• Schedule expression examples– Deviceid != 0

• Indicates a match for all (non-zero) extensions, i.e. all calls

– Deviceid IN “1234|1235|1236”• Indicates a match for extensions 1234, 1235, and 1236

– Deviceid IN “1234|1235|1236” && devicealias >0• Indicates a match for extensions 1234, 1235, and 1236, but only if the agent is logged in

– ANI !=~’^9?1?(614) && DNIS !=~’^9?1?(614) • Matches if the call is not to or from the 614 area code

– (Deviceid IN “1234|1235|1236” && devicealias >0) && (ANI =~’^9?1?(614) || DNIS =~’^9?1?(614) )• Indicates a match for extensions 1234, 1235, and 1236, but only if the agent is logged in and the call is to/from the

614 area code
