• Connect is an educational platform where you can access your homework, assignments and course material.

• Connect Plus gives you also access to an embedded eBook.

• Get registered by semester start and check the online calendar to complete assignments and tests within the set deadlines.

Purchasing options

Visit your campus bookstore (recommended option) Print Textbook + Connect Plus card

• All the textbooks are packaged with Connect Plus registration codes (access to the course material and the eBook).

Go Digital Connect or Connect Plus

• If you don’t need a printed copy of the book, you can purchase access online via credit card to Connect Plus (access to the course material and the eBook) or Connect (no eBook).

Registration

• Go to the course specific URL• Click on Register Now• Enter your email address

– If you already have a McGraw-Hill account, you will be asked for your password and will not be required to create a new account.

• Select from one of three options– Enter your access code (packaged with the textbook) and click Submit– Click Buy Online to purchase access for Connect Plus or Connect

– Start a Free Trial

• Next, you will need to fill out the registration form• Click on “Go to Connect Now” to complete your registration and continue to

your lecturer’s course.– This is where you can access your assignments and study resources.

• To Return to Connect– Bookmark the course specific URL to save up time; you can now log-in with your

own email address and password.• Please refer to the following step by step registration guide

You can register for Connect in a few simple steps. First, go to the section URL/web address listed on the student registration info sheet your instructor provided (A).

If you don’t have a web address, ask your instructor or check your syllabus.

Click REGISTER NOW (A).

Enter your email address (A) and click Submit (B).

If you have a registration code that came with the textbook you bought, enter the code in capital letters and click Submit(A). If you don’t have a registration code, you can buy access online to Connect Plus or Connect (B) or

start a free trial (C).

Select the option you want and follow the next steps to completing your registration.

Create an account by filling in your information (A) and clicking Continue (B).

Case details

• Title: should be concise and informative.

• Description: clearly describe the issue. How you got to the point where the problem occurred? What you expected to happen if there was no problem? What actually happened, with a description of why this is a problem.

• Comments: Include detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem providing the URL and your log-in details, when appropriate. Include browser name, browser version, operating system and operating system version. If possible, include a screenshot of the problem.
