Develop long-range goals• Does your club have a

strategic plan?• What is your club’s

Set annual goals

• Conduct a community assessment before setting annual goals.

• Ask committees to propose goals.

• Involve all members.

Conduct club assemblies• Hold quarterly assemblies to

Communicate clearly
