But even with these properties coming to the market demand is still outstripping supply 3 to 1 according to lettings specialists Leaders. “We have branches across Hampshire and in every location we are seeing an average of 7 applicants for each available property with quality housing being sought after by 3 or more suitable applicants”
Both the National Housing Federation and the Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors have recently released information that will be very welcome news
