As a trusted advisor and strategic communication partner Connie Miller coaches busy policymakers and professionals who need to make outstanding presentations to inspire action and collaboration - for diverse audiences, globally. Connie works with executives and emerging leaders to develop their ability to communicate clearly and confidently with audiences of all sizes. She cures speaker’s anxiety while helping her clients find their authentic "voice.” She trains technically educated leaders to give high- level presentations with candor and flair. She enjoys helping startups develop and present winning funding pitches and prepares witnesses for deposition, mediation and trial. Her coaching sessions in person or via Skype employ a variety of techniques including storytelling, speech construction, visual elements, audience interaction, and vocal projection. Working in the Seattle area and internationally for 35 years, Connie’s clients include policymakers, attorneys, doctors, entrepreneurs, emerging women leaders, executives, manufacturers, politicians, technology companies and consultants. They are looking for a fresh approach and polish - authenticity and confidence - to be known as inspiring communicators. Her program, Great Women Speakers, helps women who wish to increase their leadership capacity by making compelling presentations. Connie received a BFA in Acting at Carnegie Mellon University and has taken many additional courses to add new skills. Her background in the professional theatre, mediation, strategic planning and group facilitation and the visual arts informs her approach to working with her clients. She also pairs with several non-profits to contribute services to support their mission.
