The purpose of this application is to request the consent of the Committee of Adjustment to convey the parcel of land for the CREATION of a NEW LOT marked "A" on the attached sketch, for industrial purposes, together with all required easements and right-of-ways, if required, and retain land marked "B" on the attached sketch for industrial purposes. Currently there is an existing industrial on the subject lands and two industrial buildings located on the retained lands.
PURPOSE B005 /16:
To request the consent of the Committee of Adjustment to grant a parcel of land marked "A" on the attached sketch as an EASEMENT in favour of the lands to the EAST (being 2175 Teston Road) and retain the lands marked “B” on the attached sketch as vacant lands. Currently there are two existing industrial buildings on the subject lands.
PURPOSE A092/16 & A093/16:
To facilitate the severance of the total lands B004/16 (Subject and Retained lands) and permit the maintenance of an existing industrial buildings.
PROPOSAL
1. To permit a minimum rear yard setback of 11.52 m (A092/16). To permit a minimum rear yard setback of 13.64 m (A093/16). 2. To permit a minimum interior side yard setback of 4.14m (A093/16). 3. To permit a parking aisle width of 5.15 metres. (A093/16)
BY-LAW REQUIREMENT:
1. A minimum rear yard setback of 15 m is required. 2. A minimum interior side yard setback of 6 m is required 3. A minimum parking aisle width of 6.0 metres is required.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Other Planning Act Applications The land which is the subject in this application was also the subject of another application under the Planning Act: MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATION: A327/13 - APPROVED – Dec 12/13 (permits four (4) open storage areas to be unenclosed by
fencing (3.1% of lot area)). A152/93 - APPROVED - November 25, 1993 ( 0% lot area devoted to sewage disposal area). SITE PLAN APPLICATION: DA.12.070 - APPROVED - Application for outdoor storage areas.
A sketch is attached illustrating the request. This application will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on the date and time shown below.

Completion of this form will entitle you to the following: 1. A copy of the Committee of Adjustment decision. 2. An opportunity to address the Committee of Adjustment during the Public Hearing, if
desired. 3. Notification of a hearing and decision of any Ontario Municipal Board hearing, should the
decision of the Committee of Adjustment be appealed.
Once completed, this form must be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer or Committee of Adjustment staff, on or before the hearing date. A completed form should also be attached to any correspondence filed with the Committee of Adjustment regarding the application.
When addressing the Committee of Adjustment during the hearing, please state your name and address at the beginning of your presentation. Presentations to the Committee are generally limited to 5 minutes in length.
If you wish to submit a petition regarding an application, please make reference to the File Number and name of the Applicant on your petition. ALL NAMES MUST BE PRINTED CLEARLY ALONG WITH THEIR SIGNATURES AND ADDRESSES IN FULL, INCLUDING POSTAL CODE. Failure to do so will result in illegible names and incomplete addresses not receiving the notices. If you wish the petitioner(s) to receive a copy of the decision, you must attach this form with “a decision is requested for each petitioner on the attached petition” written across the space provided for the mailing address.
