seats are suitable for :
For construction vehicles and machinery with
good overhead cabin space, KAB seats with 100-
165mm suspension stroke are available to protect
drivers from harmful vibrations.
Our seats from the 100/400/500 and 800 series are
in this category.
For small construction and work vehicles with limited
cab space, KAB seats with restricted suspension
stroke of 50-80mm and thinline seat cushions may
provide better installation solutions.
The KAB 200 series in particular is appropriate,
however reduced stroke 100,400 and 700
series are also available.
A full range of replacement parts are
available for KAB seats which is an
important factor to ensure ‘safe seating’
for drivers.

It is important that drivers of work vehicles are fully protected from harmfulvibrations. KAB seats can eliminate up to 70% of these.
Careful seat selection is important and through consultation with KAB Seating’snetwork of Authorised distributors the appropriate choice can be made.
Installation
Care should be taken to ensure a correct installation is made and the seatsuspension movements and adjustments are free from obstructions in thecab area.
Maintenance
KAB Seating provides a full range of service parts to ensure seats can bemaintained properly, key wear items such as shock absorbers, seat cushionsand air valves should be replaced on a regular basis in accordance with thetype of usage, amount of usage and environmental factors.Regular removal of dust and dirt from the seat and cabin will improve thelongevity of the seat.
