ABOUT USBrief History:

Techno Heaters started its journey in Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) dedicated to serve in the field of heat treatment in 1974. The company worked in various project sites like oil refineries, fertilizers, petrochemicals and power plants in the field of pre and post weld heat treatment since 1976. By the year 1985, the company successfully expanded its field of work to radiography, ultrasonic flaw detection test, magnetic particle inspection test, ultrasonic thickness measurement test along with other non destructive testing processes.

In order to serve its clients with best possible ways as a multidiscipline service provider, Techno Heaters incorporated into a private limited company under the name and style of Calcutta Techno Heaters (India) Pvt. Ltd. in 1991.

The company has the latest state of the art equipments and instruments as per the international standard, including X-ray machines of 250 KVA and 300 KVA. It also has the facility of full stress relieving of tanks, vessels and towers etc. in-situ with the help of high velocity oil/gas fired burners under the inspection of renowned agencies like M/S EIL., PDIL, Llyods, Bureau Veritas, DNV etc.

Calcutta Techno Heaters do have the facilities of very sophisticated and critical nature of component heat-treatment at their workshop. Here the services of heat-treatment in different types of furnaces, for direct hardening and tempering of carbon and alloy steel, liquid carburising of mild steel and low carbon alloy steel, flame hardening, normalising and annealing martempering, solution annealing and precipitation hardening of aluminium and other non-ferrous alloys, hardness testing arrangements in different ranges and scales like Rockwell 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' scales, Brinell hardness testing, Shore and Vickers hardness testing have been provided.

With the dedication to emerge as one of the leading companies specialized in heat treatment and non destructive testing services, Calcutta Techno Heaters has been successfully serving a number of clients from all parts of India. In addition, the company has successfully worked for projects abroad. Recently, Calcutta Techno Heaters has worked under Punj Llyod Kazakhstan LLP for Tengiz Chevroyl Oil [TCO] Company at Tengiz, Kazakhstan in the field of pre and post weld heat treatment. As we grow from strength to strength, Calcutta Techno Heaters looks forward to work both in India and abroad and provide the best services to its clients.

Future Expansion PlansAs an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, we are always in pursuit of further development and serving our customers in the best possible way with the help of consistent work performance. We have taken in some carefully thought out plans to bring about modernization and expansion of Calcutta Techno Heaters. We are on the verge of expanding our Heat Treatment unit equipped with bigger size of boggie type furnace, liquid nitriding plants, gas carburizing plants and induction heat treatment plants. One unit will be established at our existing premises at Madyamgram and for the other unit we are looking for the suitable land at Howrah industrial belt. More so, we are planning to own Digital Radiography unit and Crawler mounted equipments to serve the cross country pipe line projects.
