The Workshop Kitchen & Coal Bunker bar are now proud to offer a vintage selection

of wines thanks to Coravin wine preservation technology. Coravin technology allows

wine to be accessed through the use of a surgical steel needle that pierces the cork,

purges the air inside and withdraws the wine. This allows the cork to remain in the

bottle, undisturbed to prevent oxidisation & maximise quality preservation.

Grange is arguably Australia’s most celebrated wine & is

officially listed as a Heritage Icon of South Australia.

Grange boasts an unbroken line of vintages from the experimental

1951 vintage & clearly demonstrates the synergy between Shiraz

& the soils & climates of South Australia.

Penfolds Grange utilises ripe, intensely flavoured & textured

Shiraz grapes. The result is a unique Australian style that is now

recognised as one of the most consistent of the world’s great wines.

The Grange style is the original & most powerful expression
