Roof VRS™

Easy to Install Roof Deck Ventilation SystemPatented WickRight Roof VRS is a permanent passive ventilation system for the entire perimeter of any low-slope roof system and the surrounding parapet walls.

Roof VRS is inserted behind the cant strip above the junction of the parapet and roof deck. It draws moisture from the parapet via open portals on the back and vents moisture vapor from the roof system via portals at roof deck level. Roof VRS protects the roof system from condensation build-up.

Roof VRS can be installed as a stand alone system or paired with WickRight Clip Coping VRS and exaggerated counter flashing as part of a complete parapet and roof ventilation system.

500 WickRight Roof VRS™

Available in 8' lengths and 4'X4' panels

Patented. For use on low-slope roofs, installed at the junction of parapet walls of CMU, brick, frame or any combination of these materials and the roof deck, (modified bitumen, TPO and most other roofing materials).

Roof VRS acts as a vent for the parapet and roof deck. It is used mainly in restoration projects on buildings that have severe water damage to joists or truss systems. Roof VRS can be installed as part of a partial roof repair or during a full tear-off. For a complete ventilation system, install WickRight Clip Coping VRS, Capstone VRS and Membrane to also ventilate the parapet wall and core.How to Order Roof VRS:

If installing with WickRight Clip Coping, measure from top of trusses to top of parapet wall (do not include the capstone) subtract 2". Custom heights available or cut 4'X4' panels to height at the jobsite.

If installing as a stand alone, choose height of roof termination, add 1". WickRight offers 2 Counter Flashing options – 505 – 1 piece Roof Termination Flashing with Built-in Bug Screen 602 – Reglet, Counter Flashing and Bug Screen kit

Counter Flashing required to prevent water intrusion. Bug Screen installation required to prevent insect infiltration.
