Payments for sefl.ices reodered in accordance with this Contract shall be made byPHILHEALTH with LBP Serwice Corporation on a twice a montl or mofltllly basis as thecase +ay be subject to $e withholding of any lawtul charges ̂ nd subject fiuther to theptesentation by I-BP Sewice Corporation gf a certification that the wages have been paidand +at al renittances due to the govemhent are made as required under ersarggovemmeflt zuditing rules and regulations. Ctaims for pa]anent byLBP $ervice Corporation must be supporred by a copy of a report, the cerifrcation fromPRID that dre sewices have actually been rendered and a certificatiotr to that effect that allwages fot the preceding month have been frlly paid, including also that ,Il remittances dueto SSS, Pag Ibig and PhilHeal& have been paid.
