Admin department receives the monthly billing file from the service provider. Billing Admin uploads the file to the Billing application using the upload function. Post upload, the bills are made available to the employees through their Employee Self Service module in order to make official call claims. Payroll department can process the bill data after claim cycle for deductions and reimbursements.
