• Blocking of public passageways, Art. 38 UEFA Safety & Security Regulations Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• To fine FC Dynamo Kyiv €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Minimum Health & Hygiene Requirements for the Return of Spectators.

• To fine FC Dynamo Kyiv €14,000 for the blocking of public passageways. • The above fines in the total amount of €19,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Champions League Date: 20 October 2020 Match: Stade Rennais FC vs. FC Krasnodar (1:1)

Stade Rennais FC Charges:

• Blocking of public passageways, Art. 38 Safety & Security Regulations • Violation of UEFA Minimum Health & Hygiene Requirements for the Return of Spectators (failure to maintain

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• To fine Stade Rennais FC € 22,000 for the blocking of public passageways. • To fine Stade Rennais FC €10,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol and the UEFA Minimum

Health & Hygiene Requirements for the Return of Spectators. • The above fines in the total amount of €32,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Manchester City FC Charges:

• Improper conduct of the team, Art. 15(4) DR Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• To fine Manchester City FC €12,000 for the improper conduct of the team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FC Porto Charges:

• To fine FC Porto €35,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To close the disciplinary proceedings opened against FC Porto coach, Mr. Sergio Paulo Marceneiro Da

Conceição, for being responsible for the late kick-off. • FC Porto ensures that its coach is personally informed of this decision.

• To fine FC Shakhtar Donetsk €15,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • To order the enforcement of the suspended disciplinary measure imposed by the Control, Ethics and

Disciplinary Body in its decision of 7 August 2020 (i.e. to suspend the FC Shakhtar Donetsk coach, Mr. Luis Manuel Ribeiro De Castro, for one (1) UEFA club competition match in which he would otherwise participate), in accordance with Article 26(3) of UEFA Disciplinary Regulations, and to fine FC Shakhtar Donetsk’s coach, Mr. Luis Manuel Ribeiro De Castro, €5,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off.

• The above fines in the total amount of €20,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • FC Shakhtar Donetsk ensures its coach is personally informed of this decision.

FC Internazionale Milano Charges:

• Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. Antonio Conte), Art. 11(2)(h) DR


• To warn FC Internazionale Milano for being responsible for the late kick-off. • To warn the FC Internazionale Milano coach, Mr. Antonio Conte, for being responsible for the late kick-off. • FC Internazionale Milano ensures its coach is personally informed of this decision.

• To fine HNK Rijeka €10,000 for the illicit chants. • To fine HNK Rijeka €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Minimum Health & Hygiene Requirements for the

Return of Spectators. • The above fines in the total amount of €15,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

• To suspend Bayer 04 Leverkusen player, Mr. Karim Bellarabi, for a total of two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would otherwise be eligible, for rough play.

• Bayer 04 Leverkusen ensures that its player is personally informed of this decision. Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 29 October 2020 Match: Omonoia FC vs. PSV Eindhoven (1:2)

Omonoia FC Charges:

• Unsporting conduct (Mr. Simos Tarapoulouzis), Art. 15(1)(a)(v) DR Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• To suspend Omonoia FC official, Mr. Simos Tarapoulouzis, for a total of two (2) UEFA club competition matches in which he would otherwise participate, for unsporting conduct.

• Omonoia FC ensures its official is personally informed of this decision.

• To warn Royal Antwerp FC for being responsible for the late kick-off. Tottenham Hotspur Charges:

• To fine Tottenham Hotspur € 3,000 for the violation of the UEFA Equipment Regulations. • To fine Tottenham Hotspur € 25,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • The above fines in the total amount of €28,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To suspend the Tottenham Hotspur head coach, Mr. José Mário Dos Santos Mourinho Félix, for one (1) UEFA

club competition match in which he would otherwise participate, for being responsible of the late kick-off. Said suspension is deferred for a probationary period of one year, starting from the date of the present decision.

• Tottenham Hotspur ensures its head coach is personally informed of this decision. Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 29 October 2020 Match: Real Sociedad de Fútbol vs. SSC Napoli (0:1)

SSC Napoli Charges:

• Unsporting conduct (Mr. Cristiano Giuntoli), Art. 15(1)(a)(v) DR Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• To suspend SSC Napoli official, Mr. Cristiano Giuntoli, for one (1) UEFA competition match in which he would otherwise participate, for unsporting conduct.

• SSC Napoli ensures the official is informed personally of this decision.

2021 UEFA European Championship Competition: 2021 UEFA European Championship Date: 8 October 2020 Match: North Macedonia vs. Kosovo (2:1)

Kosovo Charges:

• Failure to ensure that the player selected for sample collection reports to the doping control station straight from the pitch as soon as the match is over, Appendix B, B(8) ADR

• Failure to immediately report to the doping control station as notified (Mergim Vojvoda), Art. 9.08(a) ADR Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• To fine the Football Association of Kosovo € 5,000 for its failure to ensure that the player selected for sample collection reports to the doping control station straight from the pitch as soon as the match is over.

• To fine the Football Association of Kosovo player, Mergim Vojvoda, €5,000 for his failure to immediately report to the doping control station as notified.

• The above fines in the total amount of €10,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • The Football Association of Kosovo ensures its player is personally informed of this decision.

2021 UEFA European Women’s Championship Competition: 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship Date: 24 October 2020 Match: Serbia vs. Kazakhstan (4:1)

Serbia Charges:

• Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (team official delegation - obligation to wear a face mask), para 11.2


• To fine Football Association of Serbia €2,500 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

England Charges:

• Refusal to play, Art. 28.01 Regulations of the UEFA European Futsal Championship Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

• The English Football Association futsal national team forfeits the UEFA Futsal qualifying round play-offs match against the Football Federation of North Macedonia futsal national team scheduled on 8 November 2020. The English Football Association futsal national team is deemed to have lost the match 0-5.

• The English Football Association futsal national team forfeits the UEFA Futsal qualifying round play-offs match against the Football Federation of North Macedonia futsal national team scheduled on 9 November 2020. The English Football Association futsal national team is deemed to have lost the match 5-0.

• To fine the English Football Association futsal national team €3,000 for refusing to play the UEFA Futsal qualifying round play-offs matches against the Football Federation of North Macedonia futsal national team scheduled on 8 and 9 November 2020.

• The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.
