Repairing and overhauling an existing tower is often a financially easier decision than replacing the tower. Long manufacturing lead times, cost of demolition of an existing tower, the installation of a new tower, the cost of new towers and the extra cost to insure a new tower meets Florida’s tough wind loading requirements often push the cost of a tower replacement well above the cost of a tower overhaul. If the shell of your tower is solid, our field staff can rebuild Marley, Evapco, Baltimore Air Coil and other packaged towers at an attractive price. If you do need a new tower because you are short of capacity or because the structural elements of your tower are rusted out, then please give your Trane or Aqua Air sales rep a call and let us go to work to help you select and install a new Marley cooling tower. Preventative maintenance is the key to keeping your tower doing its job of providing cool condenser water needed by your HVAC system. We’re ready to add your cooling towers to an existing Tampa Bay Trane chiller maintenance agreement or handle them on a stand-alone basis. The same goes for water treatment – it can be part of a package service agreement or as a separate activity. Our Aqua Air water treatment team has a growing list of satisfied customers resulting in a recent increase to our field staff.

Aqua Air is the Marley Cooling Tower local factory representative and is an affiliate of Tampa Bay Trane. Combined both organizations are highly qualified to assist you with your needs for cooling tower purchases maintenance, overhauls, replacements and water treatment. Cooling towers are subjected to the same challenging environment, as other HVAC equipment – our hot Florida climate, long run hours, and salt air environment. In addition, cooling towers are wet whenever they’re in operation causing additional stress on the tower’s materials, which can result in shortened tower life.

We recently completed the purchase of land for our new Ft. Myers Supply facility. The land is located on the Southwest sector just south of the intersection of Veronica-Shoemaker Road and Hanson Street only a few minutes North of our current location on Topaz. Engineering is underway for our planned 45,000 square foot facility. We anticipate occupancy in the summer of 2020.

All warranty fees for Trane Residential parts HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED. Bring your Trane or your American Standard residential in-warranty parts claims to us and we’ll file them promptly for you without charge.

Trane SupplyThere’s lot going on at Trane Supply. Here’s the short list:

Effective February 1, 2019, American Standard residential and light commercial products are no longer handled by Ferguson. American Standard residential and light commercial product sales are now operating under a corporate owned office in a manner very similar to the way that Trane Residential products are distributed. The American Standard Company Sales office will be housed at the Tampa Bay Trane Supply facility in Tampa, FL at 4720 E. Adamo Drive.

Tampa Bay Trane Supply’s six (6) Florida West Coast locations are now your sole source for both Trane and American Standard parts as well as over-the-counter sales of Trane and American Standard Residential and Light Commercial equipment.

Trane – Mitsubishi M and P units are now in stock at all six (6) Trane Supply loca-tions, and Trane Supply will provide parts support for all Mitsubishi M&P and City Multi products. All Trane-Mitsubishi units sold through Trane Supply will carry a Trane – Mitsubishi label.

New Trane Zoned Rooftop Systems - Available NowTrane Systems Team just released our newest system called Zoned Rooftop Systems, which provide light commercial building customers with cost-effective options to provide greater comfort, better energy efficiency, and easier remote access for operation and service.
