FOOD MATTERS
62% of us eat lunch at our desk. We
tend to shy away from leaving our
computer in the middle of the work
day. So we bring food from home, a
nearby take-out place or grab
something from the break room.
Often these food choices are not set
up to create an optimal state of
health.
This month we turn our attention
to the choices we make in what
we eat and not the where. Some
of us might be at our desk, or at our
dining room table, in a hotel,
outside on a park bench or even
sitting in our car. It doesn't matter
so much where we are as long as we
make healthy choices each and every
day.
