    Credit and Operational Risk Data Exchange called as CORDEx is setup initially by the 14 banks !itha "ie! to collect consolidate and report the data on anonymity basis at an industry le"el relatin# tooperational risk losses and credit risk losses to establish industry !ide benchmark !hich can $acilitateadoption o$ ad"anced approaches $or Risk %ana#ement under &ASE' CORDEx is lookin# $or a Chie$ Executi"e O$$icer (CEO) *he role o$ the CEO desi#nate !ill include but!ill not be restricted to the $ollo!in#+

    *o build an or#ani,ation and set a clear "ision and strate#y $or its de"elopment

    *o $ormulate direction $or short medium and lon#-term strate#y

    *o prepare business model so that the acti"ity becomes sel$ sustainin# in the reasonable time

    *o take re.uired steps to implement the solution as per the time lines / mile stones a#reed

    *o keep abreast o$ latest in$ormation o$ parallel or#ani,ations and their systems used #lobally

    *o build a per$ormance-oriented culture throu#h e$$ecti"e leadership

    *o lead the or#ani,ation e$$ecti"ely in accordance !ith its ob0ecti"es and the %emorandum o$Association and Articles o$ Association as !ell as "arious !hite papers issued by R& / &A /

    & S and any other re#ulators $rom time to time

    *o liaison and coordinate !ith "arious member banks industry and re#ulators $or promotin#marketin# the or#ani,ation s enterprise "alue as !ell as achie"ement o$ #oals
