The construct of a pier/pavillion was developed after analyzing the sea/city edge of a site locat-ed at Dodecanese blvd, Tarpon Springs - FL. The program includes; public gathering spaces, market, exhibition, and waiting areas.

space and HabitationBased on a 3d construct, a japanese tea house is developed within the boundaries of an assigned site on slope. The spaces are based on a traditional japanese tea ceremony to be performed by a local tea master.

SPACE INTO LIGHTLight is manipulated in order to create spaces of solitude, anticipation, and meditation. The program calls for a variety of spaces of light, one being the chamber of solitude which uses light in different ways to support silence in the interior life.

MIDDLETON INN

This an intervention at Middleton Inn, located at the rural side of Charleston, NC. The historical and natural surroundings of the site play important role on the development of the project. The program consists of a botanical pavilion, public spaces, ex-hibition areas, study and conference rooms.

this an intervention upon and through an exist-ing building shell, specifically, a parking garage structure, responding to natural and phenomenological forces. It deconstructs, transforms and humanizes the traditional vehic-ular program.

This is project is a craftsman work space and gallery lo-cated at downtown Tampa. The limitation of a small corner site is relevant; therefore this project combines a variety of commercial uses with a residential component, and ulti-mately establishes a distinctive sense of place in the Tampa downtown area. AQUATIC CENTER/BOAT HOUSEThe primary goal for the aquatic center/ boat house is to provide a year round family recreation facility in a urban area for downtown Tampa and the Tampa Heights neighborhood. The boat house con-sists of boat storage, shop storage, docks and athlete private areas and public areas.
