He studied Civil Engineering …..

There is my college..

Course studied….Environmental engineering

Interesting subject, but

managed to get B

Also Concrete….

Got B, screwed my final sem

exam

And Steel……

Manage to somehow save

my skin,got C-…

And many more…..but he did study !

…..And completed his degree…ready to take the plunge……

.Industry , where knowledge meets application…….

But Life at Industry was difficult for him. Not just for he was a fresher, but he found the industry to be huge, and knowledge insufficient..

All he knew, was deemed too theoretical, too out of sync with practicality…..

I know this Agreed ! You know plenty.

But do you know how to work in STAAD, or use Auto Cad or even use Planavera

software.

Ansys too !!!

Also each civil engineering field needs different sort of skill sets, and he was confused where he should fit in…..

Planning people are like chasers, not a nice field, if u are nice as an engineer

If you want to move up the corporate ladder, move into

Designing is an office job, away from the toils of the
