EverlastingFrom everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God

In holiness You stand secure, through culture’s shifting sands Unchanged by all the vanities of man And as the nations rise and fall Your sovereignty remains. You are, You are, You are the one true God.

From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God

In faithfulness Your love extends, through times of turbulence Adopting those who call upon Your name. And every genera-tion joins in songs of grateful praise. You are, You are, You are the one true God.

From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God

Eternal (Eternal), Immortal (Immortal), Invis-ible (Invisible), God. Eternal (Eternal), Im-mortal (Immortal), Invisible (Invisible), God

From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlasting, You are God From everlasting to everlast-ing, You are God You are God.

In Christ Alone In Christ alone my hope is found He is my light my strength my song This Corner-stone this solid Ground Firm through the fiercest drought and storm What heights of love what depths of peace When fears are stilled when strivings cease My Com-forter my All in All Here in the love of Christ I stand In Christ alone who took on flesh fullness of God in helpless babe This gift of love

and righteousness Scorned by the ones He came to save Till on that cross as Jesus died The wrath of God was satisfied For every sin on Him was laid Here in the death of Christ I live There in the ground His body lay Light of the world by darkness slain Then bursting forth in glorious Day Up from the grave He rose again And as He stands in victory Sin's curse has lost its grip on me For I am His and He is mine Bought with the precious blood of Christ On Christ the solid rock I stand all other ground is sinking sand all other ground is sinking sand On Christ the solid rock I stand all other ground is sinking sand all other ground is sinking sand No guilt in life no fear in death This is the power of Christ in me From life's first cry to final breath Jesus commands my destiny No power of hell no scheme of man can ever pluck me from His hand Till He returns or calls me home Here in the power of Christ I'll stand No power of hell no scheme of man can ever pluck me from His hand Till He returns or calls me home Here in the power of Christ I'll stand

I Love You LordI love You, Lord, And I lift my voice To wor-ship You Oh my soul rejoice Take joy my king in what You hear May it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear.

I love You, Lord, And I lift my voice To wor-ship You Oh, my soul rejoice Take joy my king in what You hear May it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear. May it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear.

I met Jesus at a tent revival at the young age of about 12. My family were church planters so I grew up within the Baptist church with a strong head knowledge of biblical characters and sto-ries and seldom missed an opportunity to be in the church if the doors were open or to openly share with others. However that night under the tent, the visiting evangelist emphasized my head knowledge was not enough to enter heaven and only a heartbeat separated me from my eternal decision. He helped me recognize my conviction about my sin and my lack of a true relationship with God. I was broken realizing with new eyes that only Jesus could pay for my sins and forgive me in order to avoid eternal damnation. I couldn’t just live a good life and make good choices. I now real-ized that God loved me so much that He gave me Jesus in order to fellowship with Him for an eternity!

My college experience at Cumberland University deepened my faith as I was presented with many perspectives even from within a Baptist College. God taught me to draw close during unsettling times and grew my faith when confronted with viewpoints that did not align with biblical truth. He was preparing me to join the ranks of corporate America, refining my gifts and teaching me new skills as He challenged me to publicly live my faith for Him. Today, I am in ministry with the National Christian Foundation and con-tinuing to grow day-by-day in His service.

I have walked beside my bride of twenty years and am amazed that God has given me such an incredible help mate in Kristie. Together, we are blessed with four kids: Brittanie, David, Will and Ashleigh. As a homeschool family, it is exciting to see God growing them and leading to discover their gifts. It is humbling to realize that God would use us to shape their lives as they discover their purpose in His service.

A child sat at his grandmother's feet as she embroidered. Looking up, he saw a mish-mash of threads and ugly knots but no discernible picture or words. "Nana," he said with concern, "that's not very pretty."

"Come up here," Grandma invited, "and look at it from this side. You have to see it from my perspective."

"Oh!" the boy exclaimed then, "it's beautiful!"Seeing the world from our human, earthly viewpoint, we can't grasp the masterpiece

that God is completing. But when we finally see it from His perspective, we'll discover that the threads and knots all contrib-ute to a beautiful work of art. That work won't be finished until Jesus returns, but in the meantime, may God grant us an occasional glimpse of the work in prog-ress — from God's side!

many setbacks in getting a Bible in their heart language. Please thank the Lord for providing other translators to replace those who passed away, and for enabling the team to publish a New Testament. The adult children of the first Cree translator presented the NT to the grand chief which added prestige to the book. Pray that the New Testament's availability would become widely known and accessed. Ask the Holy Spirit to work in people's lives so that they may become transformed as they read God's Word.

February 1. Wycliffe Bible Translators: The team of translators for the Kabive people of Togo (975,000) has finished almost all the books of the Old Testament. Ask the Holy Spirit to protect the team—one member had a serious accident last year, but the Lord saved his life. Ask the Lord to sustain the literacy class teachers as they teach people how to read and write in their mother tongue. May they come to a saving knowl-edge of Christ through reading God's Word.

2. Wycliffe Bible Translators: Praise the Lord! After some delays the New Testament was finally sent to South Korea for print-ing in June of 2017. After the Modla (name changed) people (14,300) receive the book back in their country in the Americas, a dedication will be held this year. Pray for unity among the churches in the area, that they will come together to use and promote the NT in their heart language. Thank the Lord that the Modla people already have an audio recording of the NT. They are an oral society so they will gladly listen to a record-ing of the Scriptures. Ask the Holy Spirit to touch and transform their lives as they listen to and read the Word of God.

3. Wycliffe Bible Translators: Ashak (name changed) people of Asia, 25,000,000 people. When the Bible was presented to government dignitaries in the capital city of this country for the first time, one reply was, "We got our book! We are reading parts for the first time and learning many things we didn't know. We now recognize where we haven't been walking in God's ways." Pray for widespread interest in the Scriptures, and that those who are spiritually hungry will be able to access them. Lift up the need to find suitable partners and establish networks so that printed copies of the Bible will be available to Ashak speakers around the world.

= Praise the Lord that the McIntoshes had a safe and blessed trip to Tim Crater's memorial in VA. Ask the Lord to continue to heal and strengthen Doug as he pro-ceeds with the protocol to defeat multiple myeloma. Pray for Sherry Crater through these days of grief processing.

= Please pray for Alan Sams as he recovers from a fall he had over Christmas holiday. He is taking physical therapy to gain strength and is making great strides. Pray for complete healing and mobility to be normal.

28. Today is Argyris Petrou's birthday. First of all thank the Lord for the wonderful light that he shines for Him in Greece. Pray the Lord continues to give him strength to proclaim the unwavering truth. Pray for continued healing from his surgery. And pray for God to give him many more years of joyful service for Him.

29. From the Bibleless People: Please pray this month for a translation team in Asia who has undergone lengthy questioning by officials lately. The New Testament is near-ing completion for this large people group that is almost entirely unreached. Ask for protection for all involved, and for the work.

30. From Wycliffe Bible Translators: The translation team has been working hard to prepare a New Testament for the Lezgi people of Russia, a group of about 670,000 people. A critical need is to find a second exegetical advisor to ensure the faithfulness of the translation to the biblical text. Ask God to provide this person, and to fill both with wisdom and endurance. A few scrip-ture books have already been published; pray for effective channels of distribution. This is a difficult task in an area dominated by another major religion. Pray for new souls to understand and accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.

31. From Wycliffe Bible Translators: The Northern East Cree people of Canada, a group of about 8,000 people, have had
