Due to the global outbreak of COVID - 19, a pandemic and following the nation wide lock down by Govt of lndia thecompany's manufacturing activity at Pithumpur Unit (Dist. Dhar) and Other activities at various branches have beenclosedwhichhasadverselyimpactedthecompany's operationsinthequarterending3Othlune2020,howeveroperationsat Pithumpur Plant resumed partially based on permlssion by the relevant local authorities. Management has consideredthe possible effects, that may impact the carrying amount of lnventories and trade receivables. ln making assumptions andestimates relating to the uncertainties as at the balance sheet date in relation to recoverable amounts, management hasinteralia considered subsequent event, internal and external information up to date of approval of these financialstatement and expects no signlficant impairment to the carrying amount of these assets.
