This demo guide illustrates the required steps for users to use the statement/advice functions.

Please refer to the following for the relevant steps according to your user type:

Service Maintenance – e-Statement / e-Advice

Step 1 a. Visit BEA’s website

at www.hkbea.com

and select “Hong

Kong – Corporate

Cyberbanking” from

the login menu.

Step 2 a. Enter your CCB

account number and

user ID (SYSADM1

or SYSADM2).

b. Enter your PIN using

the onscreen

keyboard to log in.

Step 3 a. Go to “Service

Maintenance > e-

Statement / e-Advice”

from the side menu.

Step 4

a. Select “Register”.

Step 5

a. Tick the e-Statement and/or e-Advice box for each Signer who wishes to be registered for these services.

b. Select “Proceed” to

continue.

Step 6

a. e-Statements and/or

e-Advice can now be

viewed by the selected

Signers.

If you have applied for Dual System Authorisation, your second SYSADM must approve the registration before the service can be assigned to a user.

Service Maintenance – Statement/Advice Options

Step 1 a. Visit www.hkbea.com

and select “Hong

Kong – Corporate

Cyberbanking” in the

login menu.

b. Enter your CCB

account number, user

ID (SYSADM1 or

SYSADM2) and PIN

to log in.

Step 2 a. Go to “Service

Maintenance >

Statement/Advice

Options” from the side

menu.

Step 3 a. Select “Edit”.

Step 4 a. Select “e-Statement Only”

or “Both” under

Statement/Advice Settings

for each account.

Step 4 a. Select “Sign Now” to

continue.

b. Enter your Signer PIN

using the onscreen

keyboard.

If you have enabled Sign-and-send, please skip to Step 6. Your transaction will be signed and sent as soon as you select “Sign”. If you do not have Sign-and-send enabled, please ask your System Administrator (SYSADM) to enable this function in User Maintenance.

a. Select “Send Now” to

b. Select “Send” to continue.

Step 6 a. The request for the

statement has been

submitted successfully.

Statement can be requested by a normal user as well. For such case, please inform a Signer to sign and send the request transaction.
