The Warehouse offers a complete scope of services including gourmet catering,

in-house production, state-of-the-art audio / visual services, stylish décor and the

ultimate in guest experiences. From the planning process to your event day our

staff of experienced professionals will walk you through every detail to ensure

flawless event execution.

THE PACKAGE

Menus vary and can include ethnic specialties. Our staff is ready and happy to

customize a menu to suit any cuisine, taste profile or budget.

East Cocktail Lounge Rental (3500 sq ft)

BOOKING INFO

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITSA $3,000 deposit along with a signed contract is required to book your date.

Deposits can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.

Final estimated balance is based on guaranteed numbers and payment is due

in full, five (5) days prior to function by certified cheque, money order or

credit card payable to The Warehouse Event Venue Inc.

All estimated charges must be paid in advance of your event to gain access to

the venue.

LOGISTICSOur Events & Logistics Manager will contact you to set up your final meeting.

This meeting takes place approx. 6-8 weeks prior to your event to discuss final

details and assist with floor plans.

INCLUSIONSThe WAREHOUSE provides 1 (one) complimentary suite for the hosts. The suite is

equipped with a private washroom, safe, beautiful plush carpet, large dressing and

make-up area, lounge couches and tables and a 42” flat panel tv.

STAFFING

SECURITYFor the safety of your guests, THE WAREHOUSE will hire security personnel

for your Event. Additional security guards may be required depending on the

number of guests. The Warehouse coordination team will determine the final

number security required for your event.

For events with children in attendance 1 (one) security guard for every 40

(forty) children is required in addition to the existing venue security. Each

additional security guard will be billed at $250.00. Please note that all staffing

and security charges are subject to HST.

BAR STAFFTo ensure that bar service is handled efficiently, only THE WAREHOUSE’S

smart serve bartenders will be permitted behind the bar. A minimum of one

bartender is required at each event.

Bartenders are billed at $30/hour at a minimum of 4 hours. Additional

bartenders will be determined by guest count and type of event.

EVENT MANAGERTHE WAREHOUSE will designate an On-site Event Manger that will be on-site

for your event. They will act as a venue point-of-contact and assist in

providing you with a successful event.

WAITSTAFFWait staff will be hired through your chosen caterer. Our exclusive staffing

provider is VIB EVENT STAFFING. If a client selects a caterer who is not on

the preferred catering list then THE WAREHOUSE’S coordination team will

arrange for all staffing needs directly through VIB EVENT STAFFING.

FOOD OFFERINGS

KITCHEN & CATERING

Our full on-site kitchen is available and included in our venue price.

We are proud to be in partnership with Toronto’s top gourmet catering company

The Warehouse welcomes alternate caterers in the space by paying a 20%

landmark fee on the food and labour costs. Caterers must send quote to venue

coordinator for approval. The landmark fee will be added to the final invoice

from The Warehouse Event Venue.

All rentals must be arranged through your chosen caterer.

bartender per every 65 guests.

entertainment hired.

RENTALS All clients of THE WAREHOUSE must arrange rentals

through their caterer or directly with our exclusive rental

company.

AUDIO/VISUALSThe rental of the event space does not include audio/visual

equipment and services. THE WAREHOUSE exclusively works with MBE GROUP
