RSVP Singapore The Organisation of Senior Volunteers is an Institution of Public Character and the National Centre of Excellence for Senior Volunteerism under the patronage of Mdm Halimah Yacob, President of the Republic of Singapore. The organisation started in 1998 and was launched by then-Prime Minister Mr Goh Chok Tong. RSVP Singapore is a registered society under the Societies Act and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).

Our programmes are inclusive, serve beneficiaries with diverse profiles, and create purposeful volunteering journeys for our seniors: BEFRIENDING • Encourage socially isolated and vulnerable seniors through relationships and community activities to keep them physically and mentally active • Engage elderly patients who have been discharged from hospital care • Mentor and supervise at-risk primary school children from low income families • Support rehabilitating mental health patients through their recovery GUIDING • Conduct guided tours at heritage centres, art galleries and places of interest • Serve as concierge and guide in hospitals and/or galleries TRAINING • Help seniors bridge the digital divide by developing their IT skills • Train and develop effective volunteers and volunteer team leaders EPISODIC • Volunteer on an ad-hoc basis at your preferred time and pace
