How it works…

• If you participate in the FSA (Flexible Spending Account) at work and do not use all of the money at the end of the year, the money goes back to your employer.

• Your company has partnered with MedSupply Charitable Fund as part of a corporate giving campaign to donate those leftover funds to help others in the community that need medical supplies and consumables.

Why we do it…

FACTS:

• Not everyone has access to hospice and long-term care.

• Have we made progress in caring for the dying?

• $109/day is average cost in lost wages and benefits to care for a loved one with a chronic illness.

• The aging of the population is expected to triple long-term care expenditures by 2040.

• Many will face serious problems attaining needed health and long-term care services in the future.

15

We know you have a choice…

• Why choose MedSupply Charitable Fund?

– All money donated as a result of forfeited employee funds, are dedicated to be used in exactly the same way they would have been used had the employee spent the money on their own families

– Collaboration is everything. We all succeed by empowering other organizations and individuals without the means to provide basic medical supplies

– We know you work hard for your money…we will work hard to make sure that any leftover funds are spent wherever the greatest need

– Funding other organizations that are tightly aligned with your goals and mission is our purpose

– YOU are the reason we exist! We are YOUR representative to the underfunded community
