Ministry Of Steel, Govt. of India has awarded REAL ISPAT & API ISPAT with Gold Certificate & Silver Certificate in the composite category of TMT/Wire Rod under DRI EAR/EIF-RM route.

We are extremely proud, that the Ministry of Steel, Government of India and United Nations Development Programme have conferred us with the honour of being the first model industrial unit to have successfully implemented the Direct Hot Charging technology for production of Wire Rods & TMT. The most significant feature of this technology is that it eliminates the use of re-heating furnace. In this way, emission of the greenhouse gases during the production process remains almost zero As a result, this technology is perfectly helpful in protecting the environment and keeping the green garment of our earth intact. That’s why our TMT Rebars and other products naturally deserve to be in the eco-friendly category.

· EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT: It possesses maximum earthquake resistance and so constructions made with GK TMT Rebars are most prepared against earthquakes.

· HEAT RESISTANT: It is made in such a manner that its properties are not affected by heat.

GK TMT Rebars are now produced through the LRF Process in compliance with the 500D grade specifications, where the combined level of sulphur (by desulphurization) and phosphorous (by dephosphhorousization) is restricted to a maximum of 0.75% (S+P) to comply with the latest BIS specifications.

BLOCK MILL TECHNOLOGY - GK TMT is one of the first TMT rebars to be produced through a block mill which give the rebar, an incomparable shine, unique rib design and quality than any other TMT.

CHITVAN OLD AGE HOME :With the establishment of an old age home, we are taking significant steps towards filling the void of such homes. It gives us true satisfaction in providing our senior citizens with all the prerequisites of a basic lifestyle with proper medical and social care.
