Corporate Resolution of: El Rancho Lorna Serena Homeowners Association

We, the undersigned, being all the directors of this corporation consent and agree that the following corporate resolution was made On 1112/2013 at 9:55AM at Ranch House, 8321 Old Emigrant Trail W.

We do hereby consent to the adoption of the following as it was adopted at a regularly called meeting of the board of directors of this corporation. In accordance with State law and the bylaws of this corporation, by unanimous consent, the board of directors decided that:

The Charges for Events at the Ranch House would be $75 per day. Event insurance would be required. The charges for each night of bedroom reservation would be $20. The charges for 'independent' showers would be $3.

Therefore, it is resolved, that the corporation shall:

Reservations for Bedrooms: Reservations for bedroom(s) can be made by contacting the Caretaker either in person or by calling 209-754-4654. Each lot in ERLSHOA may reserve a bedroom. Bedroom reservations include the use of the kitchen and bathroom on a shared basis. When there are no competing reservation requirements a lot owner may reserve two rooms. The bedrooms and Ranch House are reserved on a first come basis.

The cost of each bedroom reservation is: $20 per night. Cancellation required 24 Hrs. prior to avoid the reserving lot owner being charged the $20 fee.

The cost for shower use only (independent), when there are no other reservations is: $3 per shower. This shower use is limited to lot owners. There will be no 'independent' shower use when the Ranch House or Bedrooms are reserved. Civil Code § 1366.1

Reservation of Ranch House: Reservations can be made by contacting the Caretaker either in person or by calling 209-754-4654. Only Lot owners may reserve the Ranch House. The fee for each day use is $75.

Events at the "Ranch House" will require the following insurance: 'Events' requiring insurance are defmed as: non-family of reserving Lot owner or Non ERLS attendees, ie. the general public. An 'event' insurance policy naming El Rancho Lorna Serena Home Owners Association as a named insured or a rider on the lot owners homeowner's insurance in the amount of at least $300,000 naming ERLS HOA as an additional insured. Evidence of insurance must be provided at least one week in advance of any event. This insurance requirement is for any reservation of the entire Ranch House and or grounds, other than an event sponsored by the ERLS Home Owners Association. The officers of this corporation are authorized to perform the acts to carry out this corporate resolution.
