with regard to coaching or otherwise - are always part of a greater

concept. After all, in order to form a bridge between personal growth

and aspirations, it is necessary to examine the complete picture.

Aspirations and expectations will then form an equilibrium and the

bases for optimum decision-making. Since 1990, I have been counseling individuals and organizations
