iWoc® USB On-Wire

The new remote control iWoc® II is a new generation of e-bike remote control designed with Automotive

standards that introduce something new by the point of view or ergonomic, integration and scalability.

It includes Bluetooth® 4.1, 8 white LED and 1 RGB LED, 5 Buttons with 2 commands by button and

Support RS485, RS232 and CAN BUS protocols. The joystick can offer full e-bike control and inform

about Battery and Assist Levels by itself with no extra electronic components (Connected to e-bike

display or controller bus) and working in combination with the Smartphone APP. Operates with power from 6 to 13V-120mA and it possible to be customized with special decoration of different materials

for different bands. Actually is compatible with (IMPULSE EVO, CONTI, BROSE, BAFANG V4 AND V5,

LINSUY, PROCYCLE, DAPU & EBIKEMOTION protocols).There is a low cost version without Bluetooth® and resistive to be installed in combination with Displays.

The USB On-Wire is an special Waterproof Power Supply Unit to charge one

smartphone or give power to third accessories like front lights. It can supply 5V-

1500mA by USB Type-A and also can convert the display power lines over 13V to the

suitable ones for iWoc® 2 Joystick (5V-120mA). It can operates from 6 to 55V. Can be

customized for each brand and thanks to it little size can be installed in the handlebar

wiring area (60 x 14 x 22 mm)

The iWoc® Display ONE, is our new display generation. It works with the iWoc® II remote joystick and the

smaller display of the market it we take in mind the resolution of the screen: B/W 2,7” Transflective

display, Resolucion 400x240 pixels, Main Dimensions 44 x 64 x 18mm (Area view and Size similar), Dot

Pitch 0,147 x 0,147. Bluetooth® 4.1 (Microchip), USB power Supply (1500 mA), Remote control iWoc® II

(Resistive Version), Back-light 500cdm (just for night view). It is the highest resolution and more

improved for day light e-bike display of the market. External connections for REMOTE and POWER/BUS

based in HIGO 6 pin Connector. Compatible with RS485, RS232 and CAN BUS. Support e-bike information

and Remote information by Bluetooth® (Navigation, Weather, Phone information (Calls, Notifications,

etc.). By option it can includes a removable head light. Operates 6-55V.It is possible to create one ad-hoc case box for the display

The iWoc® Tracker is a GPS and GPRS optional Track system to recover the position of

the e-bike and send the information to the EbikeMotion APP. The solution integrates

IP Network and is compatible with RS485, RS232 and CAN BUS.

Apart of sending information of the position can Receive and Send commands to the

APP and Server to show information by example in the display. Operates 6-55V

Ebikemotion® Web APP Back-end

Nagares SA has a long experience in automotive DC Motor Controllers. So we have use all the expertise

and technology to create a vector motor controller that includes a USB Power Supply (also for update),

CAN BUS and RS-2332 bus communication. The motor controller can supply as maximum 720W and is

developed to 250W/36V motor applications. The controller can be connected to e-bike systems that

include or not Battery and Motor Bus and it is possible to modify the motor performance using the

ebikemotion APP. The motor MAP can be customized for different e-bike applications and by factory

support 3 Map Modes (Confort, Off Road and Speed). By default the motor controller starts always in

Comfort mode.It is possible to create one ad-hoc PCB motor controller for Mid-Drives units or special motor controller box.

new functions that has more sense to manage by the computer at home in relation

with activities, track profiles, etc.

Manufacturer backend is the private website that offer to you the tool for deploying

Is a modular and scalable electronic box designed to communicate any e-bike system

with other devices using different communication protocols at the same time. It is like

the “Babel Tower” of the e-bikes. The SmartHub works with CAN BUS, SERIAL and

UART protocols crossing messages between them and including and analog I/O port

for special remote devices like lights, horn, brakes, lock systems, etc.

All the information is accessible by Bluetooth® using the commands included into

Open Code of our iWoc® SDK 3.0. the SmartHub works always in combination with the

iWoc® II is the new generation of remote control for e-bikes. It can offer to the user by itself all the information that he needs in relation with the e-

bike (Status, Assist Level Control and Battery Information). 5 Buttons with 2 functions each ones leave to the joystick manage different situations

as Walk Mode, Electronic Shifting Control, APP control, etc.

It is ergonomic, compact, strong and customizable for each brand. Integrates different communication technologies as Bluetooth®, CAN BUS and

iWoc® II Remote Control – Functionality

To control the Display, e-bike main functions Electronic Gear and APP at the same time, it is only necessary the iWoc® II Remote Joystick.

This is a short diagram of the functions implemented in the joystick for electronic and normal shifhting. The RGB LED can change color if

the user is in Automatic or Manual Shifting mode. There are many possibilities depending of the project and we supply a complete table for

making the customization to cover your necessities.

The new iWoc® II is a full ergonomic joystick that the OEM manufacturer can install in different positions of the handle bar. All

the possible positions has different limitations and advantages, being all of them possible and accessible. The starting point for

the iWoc® II remote controller is that all the buttons of the joystick are programmable by software using and APP. That means

by example that the button used for increase one assist level could be any of the 4 exterior buttons of the joystick.

The OEM manufacturer can decide the factory position of the joystick and it is possible to define the functions of each button

depending of the natural movements of the fingers. So in normal situation the button placed in the UP position must be used to

increase the assist level and the DOWN button to decrease.

USB On-Wire – Aux Power for SmartPhone, iWoc® II RC, Lights, etc.

Sometimes the Power supply that we can get of the Display Port wire or the controller is not suitable for the iWoc® II RC and sometimes it is

necessary to include any extra electronic so generate any special signal for iWoc® II RC. This little and simple assembling add-on is installed between

the iWoc® RC and the display Line for making this job.

Basically it power supply the joystick with 6V and can convert power from 7 to 55V. At the same time generates a USB port Type A with 5V-

1500mA to charge the smartphone, power supply extra lights, etc. This is the perfect partner for iWoc® II RC when it is installed alone.

The USB On-WireWoc® II Remote Control includes:


- Based in 2 sides with ultrasonic seal.

- Control of maximum power supplied used for the Smartphone (with secure switch of system)

- Between 1200 mA and 1500 mA (Depending of External Motor Controller PS output,

that will supply directly to the display line.

- Direct Wire Connection to iWoc® 2 Remote Controller

- Waterproof connection to the EBIKE controller wire (see connection recommendations)

iWoc® ONE Display – The New Generation of Displays

iWoc® ONE Display is the solution that ebikemotion® offer to you to integrate visual information, apart of the APP, in the handlebar of the e-bike.

The iWoc® ONE use a compact version of the iWoc® II RC con less components that are included into the display, so it can also works in an ECO mode

with the display switch off. Apart of the advantages of the iWoc® II RC integration, the iWoc® ONE comes with a 2,7” B/N Transflective Display with

a resolution of 400x240 pixels in one area of 45 x 65 x 16 mm. This kind of technology guarantize the best view in daylight and at night the

backlight solution of 500 cm2 solve this problem.

iWoc® ONE DisplayMore than a simple display “The remote data”

The LCD display may seem a simple screen with a nice

design, but nothing is further from that idea, that's just

what you see from the outside.

The LCD has been created with a point matrix LCD that

leaves to us show any information with any design.

Although normally the display will show information such

as speed, time, distance, battery level and assistance level,

there are many information that it can show at the same

time in the screen.

Working in combination with iWoc® JOYSTICK the LCD display divides the screen in 2 areas, keeping

in the top information of the e-bike in the down extra information that the smartphone of the user

can send by Bluetooth®. The user can leaves his smartphone in his bag covered and protected and

getting information like incoming calls, weather, next maneuver, altitude, time to destiny, time, etc.

Tracker – GPS, GSM (2G) Data Solution

The tracker is a sealed box to be included in a safety area of the bicycle (Inside Frame, controller box, Battery) to establish communication with the

bicycle to know the position and at the same time send and receive that can be used in the display, third applications like Sharing, etc.

The system can wake up on SMS request or external events like a movement of the accelerometer and send status and extra information of the

bicycle. Using the IP connection by the (2G) networks it is possible to transmit big quantity of data on demand of project. The box is sealed and

Ebikemotion® APP

Ebikemotion® APP is a new APP that use our new FRAMEWORK 2.0 with the information that we will obtain by the standard Bluetooth Protocol that

includes the iWoc® RC or the iWoc® ONE Display (both connected to bus lines of the e-bike). The standard look and feel of the ebikemotion® APP reduce the cost of software adaptation, but it is also possible a full adaptation on-demand for special projects. The Splash Screen of the APP can

changes to “BRAND NAME powered by ebikemotion®” when the APP works in combination with our hardware.

The APP has been created for a full integration with iWoc® RC, so it is possible to use the iWoc® buttons to change part of information of the screen,

confirm commands, answer calls, modify zoom, etc.

Ebikemotion® APP - Functions and Features Included, Controller Integration

The MPS “Motor Profile System” is a function that leaves to the user to select different profiles for the controller if it support that

function. There are 2 different scenarios, the simple one leaves to select the profile, and the second one, more simple, leaves to

control the MAX current that the controller gives to the e-bike changing completely the response of the e-bike. The basic parameters

to be modify are: Current/Torque and Acceleration.

By Default the controller always stars in ECO and secure mode. The user can modify the mode by the APP when the e-bike has

switched on.

The Help Center is and easy solution for the Manufacturer to keep the technical information updated of the APP, backend, hardware, etc.

Basically is dynamic web page based in a Content Management system that leave total control of the content by a simple web browser. The

user can open the HELP CENTER directly from the APP that can goes to special parts of it, and also it is available by Internet on-line web

browser.

banner based in one picture to be shown in the user backend
