About Tijuana Flats Tijuana Flats is an American restaurant chain serving Tex-Mex cuisine. It has 135 locations throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Indiana. The company’s Tijuana Flats Hot Foods is a leading wholesale distributor of hot sauces in the US that makes its own brands of habanero and jalapeño sauces, including Crazy Jerry’s Mustard Gas and You Can’t Handle This Hot Sauce.
