Central Texas Beauty College was established over 60 years ago in 1946 in Waco, Texas. Mr. Robert Painter has been Director and owner of Central Texas Beauty College since 1983. Mr. Painter opened a campus in Temple, Texas in 1984 and in Round Rock, Texas in 1991. He has been in the beauty business since 1940 and his family continues to run Central Texas Beauty College today. Central Texas Beauty College offers both Cosmetology and Manicuring courses. The courses at both campuses have been approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. CTBC is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences (NACCAS) and approved by the U.S. Department of Education.
