Ventana Medical Systems will share how it changed the organization’s culture and implemented the necessary processes to sustain and improve their Lean environment. This workshop will include several case studies that demonstrate a holistic view of how Ventana’s “Culture of Accountability” has strengthened its Lean journey.

The workshop will also focus on minimizing outsourcing by improving the cost at home focusing on the following four areas:

Ventana Medical Systems will share the secret of its growth at approximately 20% year over year since 2001 without adding the cost of additional manufacturing footprint. They will provide real world examples on reduction of lead times from 68 days to less than 20 for high volume products.
