trading routes with over 65 countries across Asia, Europe, ME and Africa
• CPEC is a ‘Pipeline’
• A ‘Pipeline’ has flows going through
• The ‘Pipeline’ – ‘Throughput’ should be
− Predicted – Mutually
− Agreed Upon – Mutually
− Enhanced within Pakistan with ’Value Addition’ and
then ‘Plugged’ into ‘Pipeline’ for onward transmission
to or from China for mutual benefit
− Secured from threats
