Product Description

The telemetry handheld readout is a completely portable, precision instrument packaged in a small handheld IP65 enclosure,Weighing only 255 grams, this device is designed to be used with a telemetry load link or shackle, creating an extremely flexible wireless solution. It has a maximum display resolution of 1:19999.

The faceplate of the unit features three tactile buttons, PWR, HOLD and TARE, which offer full control of the readout,whilst remaining simple for quick operation in the field.

The handheld unit consumes very little power, only 18mA during normal operation and <10μA when powered down. This means the device has a battery life of at least 50 hours of normal operation.

The telemetry handheld unit also features an auto power down facility, where the unit switches of after receiving no transmission from a link for five minutes.

Operating principle : Sensor - measures mechanical strain present at the mounting surface (along axis of fixing centres), and outputs an amplified, proportional electrical sig-nal. The 112c series LMI system is part of a range of sensors and systems manufactured to enhance the safe operation of construction, crane, materials handling vehicles and equipment, and is a cost effective option where this is required. The system is best suited as an installation on Original Equipment Manufacture, or where a customer has a large fleet of the same vehicle configuration.

SIMPLICITY

The Loadwise Virtual Wall system operates with a Model 500 rated capacity indicator and monitors the orientation of the cranes boom relative to the crane chassis with an absolute encoder and the position of the boom head/radius of the hook block. This information is used to control the operation of the crane within the permitted operating zones as set by the crane user. This may be achieved in a combination of ways: You can create from 1 to 7 virtual walls, which when approached within 1 metre

triggers an approach alarm and a stop (motion-cut) signal when reaching any wall.

A single motion cut signal or separate left & right slew signals can be provided. Walls may be crossed to achieve restrictions in more than one direction. An arc may also be drawn to restrict slew motions without restricting the radius. When

within 2.5º of the arc limits an approach alarm is triggered and a stop (motion-cut) sig-nal at the arc limit.

LOADWISE are the right choice for reliable quality built low cost dynamometers. Our stan-dard range is available to suit rope diameters from 10mm to 100mm with a choice of mountings to suit every application, and if you want something special LOADWISE can provide a custom engineered solution specific to your application. The LOADWISE model 8 heavy duty range are designed for exceptionally arduous applications such a marine winches and these are often specified to provide both load and payout monitoring instrumentation. For port cranes a range of LOADWISE single sheave dynamometers are available to satisfy the demanding work load and duty cycle requirements that are typical in dockside operations. The LOADWISE range of Clamp-On dynamometers provide a quick and accurate solution for standing rope tension measurement without the need for custom engineered load pins or links. Featuring indirect measurement with our standard low cost load pins that are available ex stock when required.
