Lot 2 – Kinachreachan0.71 Ha/ 1.75 AcKinachreachan, adjacent to the A819 overlooking Kilchurn Castle, is a small, mature, coniferous wood, consisting of mainly mature Sitka spruce and larch, which could be felled then redesigned with a mix of species.

There is a right of access over part of the adjacent Timber Haulage Route, shown on the sale plan between points A1-A2. This is for light vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 7.5 tonnes.
