Create an iTunes Accounts

1. Tap on the “App Store” icon.

2. If the App Store presents you with the window to download the iOS 7 free

Apple apps just tap the “Not Now” option. If you are not presented with

this window skip to step 3.

3. Tap on any app which is “FREE” to download.

4. Tap on the “FREE” option.

5. Tap on the “INSTALL” option.

6. Tap on the “Create New Apple ID” option.

7. The store should default to Australia as the location. If not, change it to

Australia and tap on the “Next” option.

8. Tap/hold and scroll upwards inside the Terms and Conditions until you

get to the bottom and tap on the “Next” option.

9. Tap on the “Agree” option.

10. Enter your Berwick College email address in the “Email” field.

Enter a password into the “Password” field and re-enter it into

the “verify” field and scroll down to the secret questions.

11. Pick secret questions that you will remember the answers to

and enter the answers in the appropriate fields and scroll down

to the next section.

12. Enter your date of birth and turn off the two Subscribe options

by swiping the buttons across to the left.

13. Scroll down to the bottom of the window and tap on the “Next” option.

14. Ensure that under billing information “None” is available and selected

and then scroll down.

15. Under “Billing Address” enter your details.

16. Enter a telephone number you wish to use on the account and tap the

“Next” option.

17. You will now get a verification email sent to your email. Tap on the

“Done” option and press the home screen button on your iPad to

return to the home screen.

18. Tap on the “BSC Home” icon.

19. Tap on the “Email” icon.

20. Enter your BSC username/password and tap on the “Log In” option.

21. Ensure the Location & Time settings are set correctly and tap on the

“save”option.

22. Open the verification email from Apple and tap on the “Verify Now”

option.

23. Enter your iTunes account details and tap on “Verify Address”

24. Your iTunes Account will now be verified. Press the home screen button

on your iPad to return to the home screen.

25. Tap on the “Settings” icon.

26. Scroll down to the “iTunes & App Store” settings and under the

“Automatic Downloads” section swipe the Apps button from off to on.

27. Tap on the “OK” option.

28. When you are prompted, enter the password to your iTunes Account.

Press the home screen button on your iPad to return to the home screen.
