• To identify the current role, preparation and expectations of nurse preceptors in MONE member organizations.
• 20 hospitals volunteered to participate• IRB process completed• 35 question online survey with survey
monkey open for three months • 554 staff nurses voluntarily participated• Data analyzed in aggregate by APIC
