    eesmarts is an energy efficiency and clean,renewable energy learning initiative funded byEnergize Connecticut

    What is Energize ConnecticutSM?

    States branding initiative to help consumers savemoney and use clean, affordable energy.

    Energize Connecticut programs are a partnership of theEnergy Efficiency Fund, the Connecticut Green Bank,the State of CT Department of Energy and theEnvironment, and local electric and gas utilities and arefunded by a charge on customer energy bills.
