• Labour has been migratory in nature;• No Qualification Threshold to join Industry;• Lack of incentive to get trained and skilled;• Being illiterate and poverty-stricken cannot spend on upgrading

and training himself.

• There is a shortage of skilled workforce in the construction industry which results in material wastage, higher construction costs and delays in completion.

• Skilled workers help in delivering high quality output & low material wastage. Saving Project cost by reducing time taken for completion.

• KPMG Report on Skilling prepared for NSDC says:

There will be a requirement for 31.1 million additional skilled workers by 2022.

Kushal Pune - Facilitator

Trainer interviews, Kushal Pune would send team for selection .

Two options for training:

Option 1

A batch of at least 5 trainers to be sent to Pune for 2 months TOT (Training of trainers) program OrOption 2

Pune centre would send their trainers and staff to teach the selected trainers. The Methodology of training & the course content and train the trainers.The above training of trainers would be supervised by the Kushal team. J.Thakker 2-05-15

Kushal Pune - FacilitatorFinancials :

One time cost of Rs.50,000/- towards all the course material,videos, & documents of SOP.

In case, the training is to be conducted in Pune, then the cost of the salary of the trainer & 15%

In case, the training is to be conducted in the center :- All expense actuals for trainers at extra 15% of their salary in Pune plus their to and fro & lodging expenses.

Also, actual charges of the supervisor & G.M. (Technical) who shall be visiting almost every 15 days .
