l, Chief Deputy Christopher E. Barton, upon my oath, and under penalties of perjury, state asfollows:

    1. I have probable cause to believe that:

    Name: Jaime M. Critchlow DOB| 07178/7974

Committed the criminaloffense; Driving While lntoxicated (RSMo 577.0101;pcratc't+totorhThe facts supporting this belief are as follows:

On Thursday July 3, 2074 at approximately 2253 hours I arrived at the scene of what wasdispatched to be a possible motor vehicle crash at the south end of Tip Top on Missouri 21, lron

    County, Missouri.

Deputies McCoy and Davis were already on scene and advised they smelled the strong odor ofan intoxicating beverage on Critchlow's breath. I spoke with Critchlow who admitted tooperating a 2OTlToyota Tundra. Critchlow's vehicle had moderate damage to the passengerside and he admitted to hitting a rock wall. While speaking with Critchlow I smelled the strongodor of an intoxicating beverage coming from his breath. As Critchlow walked, he used the side

of his vehicle as a crutch to hold himself up.

to be too impaired to be operating a motor vehicle. I read Critchlow is rights per Miranda

    Warning.

After being transported to lron County Sheriffs Office, I read the Missouri lmplied Consent Law

to Critchlow and requested a chemical sample of his breath as well as blood' He refused both.

At approximately 0038 hours on July 4,2014 I was granted a search warrant to take a sample of

Critchlow's blood to determine his blood alcohol content.

At approximately 0114 hours a trained medical technician at lron County Medical Clinic drew

    blood from Critchlow.
