EURO - CROATIA/ADRIATIC CMA SHIPS WAGE SCALES Applicable 1st August 2014 CONSOLIDATED WAGES = BASIC SALARY + LEAVE + SENIORITY SENIORITY SCALE = + 1% x Basic Wage & Leave Pay per additional year of seniority • 500 euro will be deducted for Master and Chief Engineers holding limited certificate of competency • Seniority = number of completed years in the rank within the company. • The new comers wages scale will be apply for the first voyage. • Seniority pay is effective from the 1st day of the following month when seniority becomes due. • The employee is responsible for any local social security charges. • On promotion to a higher rank, seniority resets to zero. • Seniority cap : maximum 12 years for Masters, C/E, C/O, 2nd Engineers, and Electricians. maximum 5 years for junior officers.
