Souper Bowl of Caring

Crockett is proud to announce its partic-ipation in Souper Bowl of Caring. Start-ing today through February 15th, we will be collecting non-perishable items like

canned foods to donate to the Houston Food bank. Join us in giving back to our community. Deliver items to the front

office!

Only ONE more early dismissal day left in the school year! The Wolf’s Den After School Program will not be available. Please mark your calendars so you can

make the appropriate arrangements. School Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

PTO Shout Outs Special thanks to our PTO! They have been working diligently to support all of

our efforts from fine arts support to academic needs!

Here is a list of some of the fabulous things they have contributed this year!

• Donated $1000 per grade level to support field trips!

• Purchased prizes for perfect attendance raffles (tablets and scooters)

• Purchased new equipment for Coach Wylie for P.E. class

• Purchased stools and bow ties for Orchestra • Helped purchase new Mariachi Costumes

• Host early dismissal dances • Cleaning up the pond in our playground

If you would like to get involved, please sign-up for our upcoming events or message them

through the PTO website. It takes a village!

February Attendance Challenge If you maintain perfect at-tendance in the month of

February, you will get a chance to visit the princi-pal’s treasure box! PTO

will be raffling off tablets for each grade level! Don’t

miss out!

Morning Drop-Off Reminders • Please drop students off at the cafeteria entrance be-

tween 7:00 a.m.-7:45 a.m. • Please remain in the car lane (do not pull out of line as it

is a two way street.) • Please use the crossing guard if crossing the street.

• Do not let your child exit the car on the driver’s side, please have child exit through passenger side where a

staff member will help them out. • After 7:45 a.m., students are considered tardy and must

be dropped off at the front office and signed in by the parent.

Afternoon Pick-up Reminders • Please know where your child dismisses.

• Have your number tag clearly dis-played.

• Do not pass up any busses or block any exits/entrances.

Please remember to be kind, patient, and above all, careful. We love our kids and

safety is our number 1 priority!

During the week of February 25– March 1, we will celebrate career week! We are asking student to dress up each day as the following types of careers.

Recordatorios para dejar en la mañana • Por favor deje a los estudiantes en la entrada de la ca-

fetería de 7:00 a.m. a 7:45 a.m. • Permanezca en el carril del automóvil (no se salga de la

línea, ya que es una calle de dos vías). • Por favor use la guardia de cruce si cruza la calle.

• No permita que su hijo salga del automóvil por el lado del conductor, haga que el niño salga por el lado del pasajero donde un miembro del personal lo ayudará.

• Después de las 7:45 a.m., el estudiante llega tarde y debe entrar por la oficina y el padre debe firmar.

Recuerdos de recogida por la tarde • Por favor, sepa dónde sale su hijo. • Tenga su etiqueta numérica visible.

• No pase ningún autobús ni bloquee las salidas/entradas. Por favor recuerda ser amable, paciente y,
