TWIN STREAMWith boom widths of 12 and 15 m, HARDI TWIN STREAM is the most proven spraying system in the world and has shown its reliability. All hydraulic functions, including the blower, are driven by the tractor’s hydraulic system, mak-ing the air assistance providing magnificent drift control. This helps the work rate of one TWIN STREAM sprayer to be equivalent to two con-ventional sprayers and gives an average of 16% pesticide reduction compared to conventional spraying techniques. Angling of the air curtain and nozzles, as well as adjustment of the air speed, minimise drift and optimise coverage.

AutoSlant The HARDI AutoSlant systems will automatically control the boom. SelfSteerSelfSteer is coupled on the tractor’s 3-point hitch and gives a better tracking on headland. SelfSteer is a simple mechanical steering system with low maintenance and no operation or set-ting required by the operator during the spray job.

SelfSteer can be equipped with slope correction. Slope correction is manually operated directly from the tractor’s hydraulics and helps the Self Steer to stay in the tramline also in hilly conditions.

HARDI PUMPS The RANGER liquid system is driven by the robust grease-lubri-cated HARDI diaphragm pump. The diaphragms separate the liquid from the vital parts of the pump such as its bearings and crankshaft, ensuring reliable and durable operation.HARDI diaphragm pump features:• Self-priming• Able to run dry without damage• Easy to service• Grease-lubricated crankcase

TurboFiller The HARDI TurboFiller is developed to handlelarge quantities of powders and liquids. Its high capacity is a result of high vacuum combined with rotation of the liquid forced by the TurboDeflector placed in the bottom of the hopper.

This position of the deflector, ensures that the hopper will not be blocked or overflow even with big amounts of powder.

IntelliTrackIntelliTrack is a high-end steering drawbar concept combining the advantages of an excellently designed chassis with the use of advanced electronics. The tracking concept is easy to connect and to operate, ensuring safe tracking even in difficult field conditions.

Agitation Use of Venturi nozzles increases the output for agitation by approx. 4 times. The nozzles are positioned so there are no blind spots in the tank. The agitation concept has proven to be extremely efficient for both liquid and powder.

DynamicFluid4 ensures a precise and fast control of the application rate. E.g. when the GPS based Auto-SectionControl at the boom turns on section by sec-tion in a field wedge, pres-sure and flow have to be adjusted fast and precisely to secure the right dosage down along the boom.

Also at challenges forced by tractors with stepless transmissions, the DynamicFluid4 is programmed to cope with different driving behaviours and fast speed changes giving the crop the absolute right dosage.

AutoSectionControlAutoSectionControl ON/OFF each section is con-trolled by GPS signals. Provides considerably better comfort and reduces significantly the fatigue of the operator.

AutoTerrain · A good boom management system will correct the boom height when it does not match the settings.· A perfect boom system will never be off setting.

Therefore, we developed the AutoTerrain system not only to react on an incorrect boom height, but also to read and react on the forces which affect the boom, and make the correction before the boom get out of balance. This is why booms with AutoTerrain have shown outstanding performances in the roughest conditions and at the highest speed.

AutoWash - best in testThe COMMANDER 4500 i recently was tested atthe Julius Kühn Institut test in Germany and thereshowed to have the lowest chemical amount inthe drainable volume test, so the residues whichare in the sprayer can be drained without creatingenvironment problems.

In the residue concentration test, the AutoWashsystem reduced the concentration down to 0.02%, which is 12.5 times lower than the demands ofthe ISO 16119 standard.

The advantages of the AutoWash system areobvious. The driver just has to start the washprogramme, whereupon the sprayer will do every-thing automatically. The tested AutoWash system runs the same washing programme independent on which tank size or boom width used.

ALPHA evo features a fine balance between front and rear and has a low total weight giving

an optimal weight/capacity ratio and high performance even under wet field conditions.

Also the high ground clearance from 120 to 165 cm gives a flexible usage from low to

tall crops as sweet corn and sunflowers.

The TIER lll B Deutz engine is meeting the current environmental standards. The range offers 2 engines - turbo charged common rail, water cooled, 6 cylinder up to 245 hp. The fan is driven by a visco-coupler which ensures strong cooling and significantly reduces the sound level in the cab. High diesel tank capacity (320 l).

The GPS 1600 and GPS 2500 are all-in-one an-tenna/receiver systems which can be fixed or magnetically mounted. The GPS 2500 offers a dual frequency receiver for even higher accuracy in the field and supports RTK, XP, HP, G2 and VBS, as well as GLONASS satellites.

GeoSteer tracks pitch, roll and yaw as well as vehicle position and heading at all times, even when the vehicle is not moving. All three solutions will offer you a faster response in start-stop situations together with the DynamicFluid4 liquid system.

The existing ISOBUS terminals HC 8500 and HC 9500 have an excellent well accepted user interphase and the HARDI focus is always on integration of all features on one work-screen.
